- Shipping times vary but generally take between 7-21 business days after leaving our warehouse.
- Please allow for delays that are outside of our control. These include external factors such as weekends, holidays, weather, and courier delays.
Shipping Fee: Free worldwide shipping on all orders - no minimum required

In the following circumstances:
- Due to circumstances beyond your control, your order did not arrive (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested).
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside Our Store's control (e.g., not being cleared by customs in your country, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing "delivered" in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but getting lost).
